What we collect
This website has no contact form, no login, no shopping cart and no comments, so we do not collect names, addresses or payment details through it.
We collect two things. The first is standard server logs, which record the IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of each request. These are generated automatically by our hosting provider and are used to keep the site running and secure. The second is analytics data through Google Analytics 4, which tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are and how they arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this.
If you contact us by phone or messaging app, we hold whatever you choose to tell us, for as long as we are in contact about your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting on this site.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are those used by Google Analytics, together with any set by our hosting and caching layer to serve pages correctly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time and the site will continue to work normally.
Your rights under the PDPA
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You may also withdraw consent for us to hold it. Call us on +65 8933 3760 and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Third parties
Google Analytics is operated by Google, which processes data on its own terms and may store it outside Singapore. Our website hosting is provided by Hostinger. We do not control how those companies process data on their own account.
